Urgo is the leader on first-aid products in France and decided to invest in the turkish market in 2015.
The turkish branch of the company decided to bet everything on social media for its communication. As Turkey is the test market for Urgo before an international rollout, it was a great challenge for ddip to be at the origin of their strategy.

We received the mission to raise Urgo products’ awareness through the creation and management of its social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram) in line with brand’s targets: active & sportive women, mothers of early-age children.

Therefore, we based our communication on: - educational content : from overcoming daily-life trouble to themes like self-surpassing,
- “pop” branding : smooth round shapes, soft colors and discrete logo,
- caring tone of voice : adaptation of the brand tagline “Urgo ile geçer… herşey iyi geçer” (“With Urgo, it will go, everything will go well!”) to a transversal and dynamic use in social media.
